Appointments & Cancellations
A credit card is required to secure all appointments.
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will result in a 50% service fee.
No-shows will be charged 100% of the service cost and may require prepayment for future bookings.
late arrivals
If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may need to modify or reschedule your appointment.
Clients arriving 15+ minutes late may forfeit their appointment and be charged a late cancellation fee.
payments & refunds
We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payments.
All services are non-refundable, but we will gladly make adjustments within 3 days of your appointment if needed.
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
health & safety
If you have any skin sensitivities, allergies, or medical conditions, please inform us before your appointment.
We maintain a clean and sanitary environment for all treatments.
Clients feeling unwell should reschedule their appointment to ensure the well-being of staff and guests.
