Appointments & Cancellations

  • credit card is required to secure all appointments.

  • We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will result in a 50% service fee.

  • No-shows will be charged 100% of the service cost and may require prepayment for future bookings.


late arrivals

  • If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may need to modify or reschedule your appointment.

  • Clients arriving 15+ minutes late may forfeit their appointment and be charged a late cancellation fee.


payments & refunds

  • We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payments.

  • All services are non-refundable, but we will gladly make adjustments within 3 days of your appointment if needed.

  • Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.


health & safety

  • If you have any skin sensitivities, allergies, or medical conditions, please inform us before your appointment.

  • We maintain a clean and sanitary environment for all treatments.

  • Clients feeling unwell should reschedule their appointment to ensure the well-being of staff and guests.

  • To maintain a relaxing atmosphere, we kindly ask that you do not bring extra guests or children unless they have an appointment.
